We hang the fruit on the vine until the seeds are brown and nutty tasting. This elimanates that green, herbal finish which can be a characteristic of the Cabernet franc grape.
Our Petit Verdot, made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes, is grown on the northern front portion of our vineyard. The sandy loam soil gives the grapes a unique characteristic that is reflected in this rare wine. Pair it with a great steak!

Eagle Eye Estate Proprietary Red Blend 2012 is a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot from our vineyard. The percentages of each of the varietals change every year to reflect the best that Mother Nature provides.
This Cabernet Franc is a true reflection of the character of the grape varietal. It is fruit forward, well balanced with soft tannins and has a long finish.
Our Petit Verdot 2011 was again called 'Best of Class,' given Double Gold Medals and awarded 96 Points. This wine is made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes from a single vineyard, our AlphWOLF Ranch.

This wine is one of our proprietary red blends. We start with our Estate core of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot and add to taste Syrah, Zinfandel, Petit Sirah and/or Malbec, which ever makes the best wine.

The grapes were picked the end of October giving it a long hang time to develop intense flavors from the small berries and tight clusters. It is with 100% Estate grown fruit from a single vineyard, our AlphaWOLF Ranch.
Made from 100% Cabernet Franc, this is the 'Best' Rose' we have made. The 26 hours spent on the skins gives it that Garnet color. It has weight in the mouth, wonderful forward fruit and a long dry, clean finish.
AlphaWOLF Extra Virgin Olive Oil continually wins gold medals and is certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council by rigorous testing (chemical and taste) to insure it is Extra Virgin each year of production.
